Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@eluxia.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions and, if approved, a return shipping address. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at returns@[yourdomain].com.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, where applicable.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns
If we expand shipping outside the USA in the future, international returns will also be subject to this policy. For now, we only accept returns for domestic orders within the United States.
